MONSOON: "Matchcard two Macho Man Randy Savage versus the Honky Tonk Man but first we have Hulksters friend Brutus the Barber Beefcake and he's in a first round match against Dusty Rhodes... lets get down to ringside..

MONSOON: "Here comes Brutus Beefcake!"

MONSOON: "Brutus looking in good shape here Brain?"
BRAIN: "He's bitten off more than he can chew here, even if he beats Dusty Rhodes, he won't beat Rick Rude!"

MONSOON: "He's going to have to use his speed and agility here against his opponent"

MONSOON: "and here is the opponent, none other than the American Dream Dusty Rhodes!" 

MONSOON: "looking all fired up for his first round match, he shouldn't take Beefcake too lightly here"

MONSOON: "A nice display of sportsmanship as we're about to get this one underway.. there's the bell".

MONSOON: "Headlock by Brutus nicely executed"

MONSOON: "Irish whip by Beefcake.."

MONSOON: "Dusty off the ropes"

MONSOON: "oh nice dropkick by Brutus!"

MONSOON: "Brutus now goes to the apron.."

MONSOON: "Beefcake really doing a number on Dusty early on"

MONSOON: "Dusty begins unloading with those lefts"

MONSOON: "Dusty telling Beefcake to get up so he can dish out some more punishment"

MONSOON: "Vertical suplex and a beauty delivered by Dusty"

MONSOON: "I tell ya, Beefcake better do something otherwise Dusty is going to switch his lights off for him"

BRAIN: "Monsoon all these morons have to realize that either Million Dollar Man or Honky Tonk Man is going to win this Championship. Now Andre is powerful, but too slow. My money is on Ted DiBiase"

MONSOON: "Beefcake blocks and delivers a punch of his own"

MONSOON: "and another one by Brutus, tremendous punches finding their mark"

MONSOON: "A running bulldog by Beefcake and he's given a good account of himself here"

MONSOON: "Dusty's head driven into the canvas and he's down"

MONSOON: "Beefcake now trying to connect from the second buckle"

MONSOON: "He connects with a flying forearm!"

MONSOON: "Dusty is in trouble for sure"

MONSOON: "Beefcake with an uppercut, it's blocked by Dusty!"

BRAIN: "Smart move, he has to stop Dusty's power and at least now he can dream of aspiring to shine Ted's shoes when he wins"

MONSOON: "oh a desperation move there by Dusty Rhodes, he smashes Brutus right into the buckle and forcing him to break the hold"

MONSOON: "Dusty off the ropes.."

MONSOON: "oh he connects with a DUST BUSTER!"

MONSOON: "Dusty's got him.. one... two... and three!"

BRAIN: "Goodnight Brutus and thanks for coming.. experience triumphs over speed Monsoon"

MONSOON: "The American Dream picks up the win here but he didn't have everything his own way against a valiant effort by Brutus the Barber Beefcake"

MONSOON: "A very accomplished wrestler here Brain, it won't be easy splitting these two"

MONSOON: "With all the trash talking by Honky Tonk Man let's hope he can back it up"

BRAIN: "Macho Man doesn't stand a chance here... now take a look at what a real champion looks like Monsoon"

MONSOON: "Here comes Randy Savage and listen to this place go crazy"

MONSOON: "A very popular superstar and both of them are going to pull out all the stops to win this one"

BRAIN: "Listen to these humanoids cheer for Randy Savage... Boy are they going to be disappointed after this!"

MONSOON: "An ovation from the crowd as Macho Man completes his introduction to WWF fans"
BRAIN: "See how Macho Man is allowing this to get to him, already he is lobbying support from this crowd"

BRAIN: "Honky Tonk Man doesn't need approval from the humanoids, he will win this match"

MONSOON: "No handshakes here, what's been said between these two has been put to one side and there goes the bell"

MONSOON: "Tie up in the center of the Ring.."

MONSOON: "Headlock by the Macho Man.."

MONSOON: "Honky Tonk gets out of the headlock, Irish Whip Macho Man off the ropes..."

MONSOON: "oh look out! Honky just got nailed right on the kisser!"
BRAIN: "Oh no, that's not right"

MONSOON: "Macho Man wanting Honky Tonk back in the ring, but he's taking a breather"
BRAIN: "Macho Man is going to pay for that"

MONSOON: "Now composed he pushes Randy Savage into the corner.."

MONSOON: "and follows up with a forearm to Savage"
BRAIN: "Now you'll see what i mean, watch him take it to Savage now"

MONSOON: "Irish whip by Honky Tonk... Macho Man into the corner"

MONSOON: "oh he follows Macho Man in but nobody home.. Savage got out of the way"
BRAIN: "Oh noo! it's alright, it's alright"

MONSOON: "Macho Man with an Ax-Handle to Honky Tonk!"

BRAIN: "That's smart Monsoon, take a break and gather your thoughts and get back in the ring"
MONSOON: "Lookout Macho Man from the Apron out onto those steel steps"

MONSOON: "He nails Honky Tonk with a flying elbow smash! Honky Tonk doesn't know where he is..."
BRAIN: "He should be disqualified for that!"

MONSOON: "Savage rolls Honky Tonk back inside, can't score a pinfall outside the ring"

MONSOON: "Oh cheap shot getting back in there, Honky Tonk Man gets him right in the head"
BRAIN: "Now Macho Man is gassed, all that bravado and Honky Tonk Man will take care of him now.."

MONSOON: "absolutely Brain, he's making Macho Man pay for that early start"
BRAIN: "He's slowing the pace down, this is what a real champion does!"

MONSOON: "He sets Macho Man up in the corner"

MONSOON: "He delivers a shoulder charge into the breadbasket, boy did this match turn around in a hurry!"
BRAIN: "That's it now, Macho Man's demise starts here"

MONSOON: "Honky Tonk now doing a number on Macho Man in the corner"

BRAIN: "This is it right here Monsoon"

BRAIN: "He has to use the Smash hit to finish him"

MONSOON: "Macho Man blocks the attempted punch"

MONSOON: "and returns some punches of his own"

MONSOON: "he follows him in with an Elbow Smash!"
BRAIN: "He's gotta get out of there!"

MONSOON: "Suplex by the Macho Man"

MONSOON: "Honky Tonk out on the canvas seeing stars he doesn't know where he is right now, Macho Man out on the Apron where's he goin?" 
BRAIN: "Get up Honky Tonk... get up!"

MONSOON: "Macho Man Randy Savage to the top turnbuckle"

MONSOON: "Oh he got him, he got him"

BRAIN: "All these humanoids distracted him, the match should be restarted!"

MONSOON: "Macho Man victorious here with a hard fought battle as he advances to the quarter finals of the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament"

MONSOON: "Rick Rude making his way to ringside"

BRAIN: "Now this is more like it Monsoon. Here is a guy who is well put together and capable of getting the job done"
MONSOON: "He's gonna have to have more than that to win against the Warrior here Brain"

BRAIN: "I'm telling you right now, Rude will beat the Warrior and he's gonna beat Hulk Hogan!"
MONSOON: "He definitely has the physique, some of the ladies here staring in admiration"

MONSOON: "Ohh listen to this crowd go bananas! They are standing on their feet for the Ultimate one!"

MONSOON: "Warrior fully charged for this first round match against Rick Rude"

MONSOON: "oh look at that Warrior not wasting any time with introductions as he levels Rude with a clothesline!"

MONSOON: "Rude down on the canvas and Warrior charging for another one"
BRAIN: "He should be disqualified for that y'know, He didn't even wait for the bell to ring. The referee needs to be held accountable"

MONSOON: "Warrior hits him a second time"
BRAIN: "Get up Rick, get out of there and take a breather"

MONSOON: "Rude in the corner trying to regain his composure here"

MONSOON: "Oh lookout! Corner clothesline and a beauty!"

MONSOON: "Rude struggling to catch a break here as Warrior continues this onslaught"

MONSOON: "A huge clobbering right by the Warrior!"

MONSOON: "And a clothesline"

MONSOON: "three sixty and Rudes outta there!"

MONSOON: "Rude trying to gather his thoughts as Warrior got up a head of steam"

MONSOON: "Just look at the Intensity of the Warrior!"
BRAIN: "Intensity? well you know he isn't all together there don't you?"

MONSOON: "Rude back inside now, blocks the Warrior"
BRAIN: "Look Warrior might have Power, but Rude has muscle and brains, Warrior isn't even playing with a full set of cards"

MONSOON: "Did you know the Warrior is from Parts Unknown?"
BRAIN: "Do you know where Parts Unknown is?"

MONSOON: "I don't know Brain, I was waiting for you to tell me"
BRAIN: "I'm not going to ask him, he's a lunatic!"

MONSOON: "You're the broadcast journalist!"
BRAIN: "There you see, Rude outsmarted him"
MONSOON: "Rude caught him with a foot to the mid-section" 

BRAIN: "I have Rude, Million Dollar Man and Andre the Giant down to make the Quarter Finals"
MONSOON: "Rude with an elbow to the back, that might slow the Warrior down... Really Brain, is that like your pick earlier with the Honky Tonk Man?"

BRAIN: "I was just testing you Monsoon, no Honky Tonk wanted to concentrate more on his next album anyway so he's giving everyone else a chance at the Championship Gold"
MONSOON: "Rude unloads on the Warrior with a forearm smash"

MONSOON: "An arm bar nicely placed by Rick Rude"

MONSOON: "Rude smashes Warrior face first into the turnbuckle"
BRAIN: "I think Rick's trying to knock some sense into him"

MONSOON: "And follows up with a knee to the Breadbasket"

MONSOON: "Rude with a stomp on the Warrior"
BRAIN: "Stay on him Rick!"

MONSOON: "Oh Rude admiring his work here... not so sure that's a smart thing to do"

MONSOON: "Elbow drop, caught him cleanly and he's now starting to do a number on the Warrior"

MONSOON: "Headlock on Warrior, Rude follows up with a punch to the skull"

MONSOON: "A cover by Rude.. One...Two... and a near fall"
BRAIN: "I told you Monsoon... the Warrior is done!"

MONSOON: "He is not!"
BRAIN: "Yes he is, the Warrior is like a firework all fizz and bang but not built to last. Now Rude on the other hand he has endurance and he's built and conditioned to win"

MONSOON: "Another headlock by Rude"
BRAIN: "Rick has Warrior where he wants him"

MONSOON: "Oh back body drop counter by the Warrior!"
BRAIN: "Oh No"

MONSOON: "and a hard impact to the Canvas!"
BRAIN: "Nooo!"

MONSOON: "Both of them down now, feeling the effects of that impact"
BRAIN: "Get up Rick! Get up!"

MONSOON: "Rude on his feet and Warrior is on those ropes"

MONSOON: "Warrior now on the middle rope, Rude hitting him has no effect!"

MONSOON: "Warrior turns around, lookout Rude nails him..."

MONSOON: "With that Rude Awakening!"
BRAIN: "Yes! He got him Monsoon!"

MONSOON: "A cover by Rude... this could do it.. one.. two.."

MONSOON: "No a kick out by the Warrior and Rude cannot believe it"
BRAIN: "No not again.... give it him again!"

MONSOON: "Rude sets him up again"

MONSOON: "oh he got him again Brain"

MONSOON: "Hey Ref! Rude's got his feet up on the ropes"
BRAIN: "Yes.. Yes"

MONSOON: "oh no, give me a break?"
BRAIN: "Yes he's done it!"

BRAIN: "What did I tell the Humanoids Monsoon? Brains over brawn!"
MONSOON: "Rude picks up the win here, the referee blindsided didn't see the leverage pin"

MONSOON: "Hot Rod's earlier announcement, he is going to give Hogan just as much in return. Piper has a lot of heart?"

BRAIN: "Well in this case Piper has heart, but he's giving away both height and weight to Hogan. He'll have to stick and move and use those fists and not get caught"
MONSOON: "Absolutely Brain, for once I agree, he isn't going to out power the Hulkster"

MONSOON: "and here is the Hulkster! Just listen to this sold out crowd at Ocean Center go wild"

MONSOON: "Hulkster all fired up after Piper's promo earlier tonight"
BRAIN: "He's playing right into the hands of piper here... Piper's got him running on emotion and he's furious right now, but once Piper gets control he'll slow the pace down and methodically take Hogan apart"

BRAIN: "Listen, I was right about Rude and I'll say it now Hulkster isn't going to have it all his own way. Right now he needs to calm down and think about what his plan is, right now he's too emotional, he's gonna make a mistake"
MONSOON: "Oh i hear ya Brain, if your opponent lulls you into thinking emotionally, it can have a negative impact on the course of the match. What if Piper has stirred up a rage of emotion in the Hulkster that he cannot control?

BRAIN: "Piper is going to have to control it, if i know Piper he'll have a plan to deal with the Hulkster's power, these two were friends at one point, so it makes sense Piper knows Hogan's strengths but he also knows his weaknesses"
MONSOON: "This one about to get underway... and there's the bell"

MONSOON: "They lock up in the center of the ring"

MONSOON: "Hulkster gets the better of that exchange and slams Piper to the canvas"

MONSOON: "and follows up with a clothesline"

MONSOON: "Irish whip by the Hulkster"

MONSOON: "Piper off the ropes.."

BRAIN: "It's a fast start by Hogan, but can he keep this pace up?"

BRAIN: "Piper is giving it to him Monsoon, Hulkster may of spent all his energy at the start of this fight"

MONSOON: "Back suplex by Roddy Piper"

MONSOON: "slams Hogan down into the canvas.."

MONSOON: "and a cover by Piper... one... two... and a kick out this time by the Hulkster"

MONSOON: "Neck-breaker on Hogan.. well executed by Roddy Piper"

MONSOON: "Piper has Hulkster down"

MONSOON: "he drops the elbow hard down onto Hulksters neck"

MONSOON: "A cover by Piper... will this do it? One.. two.. and Hulkster says no way!"
BRAIN: "Monsoon, Piper is holding up on his promise to Hulk Hogan, i wouldn't be surprised if Piper goes on to win this match"

MONSOON: "Piper sets him up for a bulldog"

MONSOON: "Driving the Hulksters head down hard, did you hear that impact?"
BRAIN: "This is it Monsoon, Hogan looks out of it"

MONSOON: "Cover by Piper and one... two... and Hulkster kicks out again"

BRAIN: "Can you imagine if Hogan loses this first round match? this could be the demise of Hulkamania!" 
MONSOON: "Piper going to the second turnbuckle... risky move"

MONSOON: "Oh he connected.. right into the sternum"

MONSOON: "Cover again by Piper.. now will he get Hulkster?"

MONSOON: "Oh kick out by the Hulkster and look at how mad he is! a punch by Piper blocked by Hogan"
BRAIN: "I guess Hogan isn't done with Piper just yet?"

MONSOON: "Hulkster telling Piper, you aren't going to do that no more and now he's gonna make him pay"

BRAIN: "Woaah"
MONSOON: "oh Clothesline three sixty and Hot Rod.."

MONSOON: "He's outta there Brain!"

BRAIN: "OH NO!"
MONSOON: "oh did you see that?"

MONSOON: "Hulkster looking on, I don't think he realized what just happened"
BRAIN: "Or he meant to do it! Hogan realized he couldn't beat Piper!"
MONSOON: "Are you kidding me?"

MONSOON: "Hot Rod holding that left knee, he just collided with the steel steps on his way down"
BRAIN: "It now makes sense to me, Hulk Hogan is a cheater!"
MONSOON: "He is not!"

MONSOON: "Wow Brain, what a call by the official, the Hulkster picking up the victory here by way of stoppage"
BRAIN: "The referee has made a huge call here but for me the real question is will Piper forgive Hogan?"

MONSOON: "Hulkster now comes to check on his one time friend Rowdy Piper"

MONSOON: "Ut oh Brain, it doesn't sound like Hot Rod is in the forgiving mood right now does it?
BRAIN: "Why should he forgive him? He's cheated Piper out of a genuine title opportunity!"

MONSOON: "Cheated? C'mon Brain it was an accident and you know it"
BRAIN: "I know this Monsoon, Hogan did NOT pin Piper and he has never been able to pin Piper so him injuring Hot Rod is the only way Hogan could get through this round"

MONSOON: "Oh wow, we better get some officials down there to help Piper"

MONSOON: "The first round of the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament continues as Ax from Demolition goes up against the Big Boss Man, and Smash of Demolition will meet Akeem in the first round..."

MONSOON: "and we have the eighth wonder of the world Andre the Giant versus Hacksaw Jim Duggan. The Million Dollar Man completes the first round match ups as he goes head to head with high flying Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka. See you next time on Wrestling Superstars!"
