MONSOON: "Well that would be an impressive feat Brain, we're down to the final eight competitors to decide who will be our first World Heavyweight Champion"
"First we have Smash of Demolition going toe to toe with the Big Boss Man, we'll see Million Dollar Man go up against Andre the Giant, tell me Brain how do you suppose that Ted is going to get by a seven foot five hundred pounder?

BRAIN: "DiBiase won't even say what his plan is?, who knows? He's quicker than Andre but is it going to be enough?

MONSOON: "that is Match up two and i cannot wait to find out"

MONSOON: "Then we'll see if Rick Rude can walk the walk as he takes on the immense power of Hulkamania in Hulk Hogan and our Main Event tonight is Macho Man Randy Savage versus the American Dream Dusty Rhodes"

BRAIN: "the Main Event is mouthwatering isn't it, Dusty's power versus Randy Savage's explosive speed"

MONSOON: "Also tonight we'll hear from Rowdy Roddy Piper he has been livid ever since Hulk Hogan knocked him out of this very competition two weeks ago"
BRAIN: "Once a cheater, always a cheater Monsoon!"
MONSOON: "lets head down to ringside..."

MONSOON: "Smash making his way to ringside, I don't see his partner though, might be a problem if Akeem decides to come on down here"

BRAIN: "I'd like to see Boss Man win this, these Demolition guys aren't so tough, Smash only made it this far because they double teamed Akeem"

MONSOON: "What about when Akeem helped the Boss Man defeat Ax?"
BRAIN: "All is fair in war Monsoon, these guys aren't here to make friends"

MONSOON: "Here comes the Boss Man"
BRAIN: "He's looking like he wants to give someone a beating"

MONSOON: "Staring across at Smash as he enters the ring and he hasn't taken his eyes off him once"
BRAIN: "the atmosphere is electric here and the suspense Monsoon, I can feel it"

MONSOON: "A few pleasantries as they trash talk each other"
BRAIN: "Smash might need bail money in the morning!"

MONSOON: "Smash locks up with the Boss Man as this one is underway"

MONSOON: "Right hand by the Boss Man..."

MONSOON: "Smash returns with a right of his own"

MONSOON: "Right again by Boss Man as these two trade haymakers"

MONSOON: "Irish whip by the Boss Man"

MONSOON: "Smash off the ropes.."

MONSOON: "Oh big clothesline and Smash is rocking"

MONSOON: "Boss Man with Smash in the corner.."

MONSOON: "Smash has to be careful not to get disqualified"

BRAIN: "Ut oh"
MONSOON: "Wait what's this? that's the backstage in one of the corridors"
BRAIN: "Looks like Akeem caught Ax sleeping on the job"

MONSOON: "here comes Akeem, and i bet he isn't here to just sit and watch Brain"
BRAIN: "Well my monitor is working, so we'll see this time what you said about him getting involved should he choose to do so"

MONSOON: "You'll see it alright, Smash on the turnbuckle and ready to strike"

MONSOON: "Boss Man is up, but Smash nails him with an Ax-Handle!"

MONSOON: "Smash with a cover.."

MONSOON: "Oh wait a minute, Akeem on those steps and the count interrupted, referee telling him you can't be up there"
BRAIN: "the referee still could of counted though? Akeem wasn't in the ring"

MONSOON: "Smash gets up and tells him to take a hike"
BRAIN: "Referee has lost control here"
MONSOON: "Akeem pleading with the official, and has gotten into a big argument with him"

MONSOON: "Smash goes to hit Akeem and the referee still telling him to get back he wants him cleared from ring side oh look Boss Man has grabbed the night stick from the corner..."

MONSOON: "Akeem back on the apron arguing oh and Boss Man just leveled Smash with the night stick and throws it under the ropes"

MONSOON: "Boss Man with the cover"
BRAIN: "This one is over"
MONSOON: "Lets get the official word"

BRAIN: "Well Akeem didn't hold his legs down or enter the ring so he technically didn't do anything wrong"
MONSOON: "Give me a break! alright up now we have Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka critics in the WWF have questioned if Superfly has the skills to survive after the first round humiliating defeat to Ted Dibiase and here is what he had to say.."

MONSOON: "Fighting words from Jimmy Snuka and Brain do you think Ted Dibiase has the words to get by a seven foot four Giant?

BRAIN: "Words? Maybe money does talk, let's wait and see?"

MONSOON: "Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase has got his work cut out for him, I gotta tell you Brain, Dibiase is a good technician but i think Andre's sheer size will be too much"

MONSOON: "Look at that kisser"
BRAIN: "the face of success Monsoon"

MONSOON: "Oh and here we go, Andre makes his way to the ring"

MONSOON: "Woah and now Andre on the apron, maybe it's suddenly dawning on Dibiase the task he has of beating Andre"
BRAIN: "It's the greatest challenge but Dibiase for my money is a worthwhile champion. Not only is he very smart but he is quicker than Andre and he looks overly confident!"
MONSOON: "Are you saying that Dibiase has something up his sleeve?"
BRAIN: "I'm saying why would he be so confident Monsoon?" 

MONSOON: "What is this?"
BRAIN: "Maybe he's going to convince him to take a pay?"

MONSOON: "Oh looks more like Andre want's to convince Ted to take a hike!"
BRAIN: "Oh no!"

MONSOON: "Listen to this packed crowd go bananas!! Andre just strong armed Dibiase into the corner after he tried a stalling tactic!"
BRAIN: "No! Get out of there Ted!"

MONSOON: "Andre explodes hitting Dibiase with a left"
BRAIN: "No! No!"

MONSOON: "Now grabbing him in the corner"

MONSOON: "He follows up with a huge clubbing hand that sends Dibiase to the canvas"
BRAIN: "He's got to get outside the ring, he cannot allow himself to get stuck in the corner like that"

MONSOON: "Dibiase trying to gather himself, Andre taking his time and it seems that Dibiase has had that confidence slapped right out of him"

MONSOON: "Andre has a hold of Dibiase again"

MONSOON: "Woah he's just tossed Dibiase across the ring and thrown him like yesterday's news!"
BRAIN: "Now is Ted's chance to escape, Ted! Ted! Get out of there!"
MONSOON: "Will you sit down?"
BRAIN: "I've got to help him, this isn't fair!"

MONSOON: "Andre caught up with him and he slams Dibiase's head right into the turnbuckle"

MONSOON: "Andre sends Dibiase into the ropes"

MONSOON: "Clothesline by Andre!"

MONSOON: "Andre scoops up Dibiase with ease..."

MONSOON: "He slams him hard down onto the canvas, you have to give Andre credit he's displaying his awesome power"
BRAIN: "Oh Ted, I keep telling him to get a bodyguard, he needs a bodyguard!"
MONSOON: "He needs a miracle right now Brain!"

MONSOON: "Dibiase is crawling to the ropes"
BRAIN: "He can make it, if he can just get outside to rethink this through"

MONSOON: "Looks like Andre stopped him from leaving, and he's right in the face of our cameraman at ring side"

MONSOON: "Now he's standing on Dibiase, that's five hundred plus pounds right there and i think he just squashed him"
BRAIN: "Maybe the referee should step in and stop this match, Dibiase is going to get killed Monsoon!"

MONSOON: "Well if this continues Brain I would have to agree with you, Andre right now choking the life what's left of it out of Dibiase"
BRAIN: "Referee giving him the five seconds and warning him"
MONSOON: "Absolutely, I've never seen Andre so fierce and determined to get his hands on the title"

MONSOON: "Andre now using those ropes to choke out Dibiase some more, again the referee telling him to break the hold"

MONSOON: "Andre with a cover on Dibiase.. 1.. 2.."
BRAIN: "It looks over Monsoon"

MONSOON: "Oh and Dibiase barely got that shoulder up"
BRAIN: "Well, I'm impressed, I didn't think Ted would of kicked out"

MONSOON: "Andre now with a double-arm hook from behind, Andre can easily break your arm with this move"
BRAIN: "Dibiase could submit here!"
MONSOON: "To his credit he's looking around for a way out, but he's not going anywhere in a hurry"

MONSOON: "Wait what's this? Jim Duggan making his way to ring side"
BRAIN: "This guy is crazy Monsoon! What's he going to do?"

MONSOON: "Dibiase noticed Duggan, now Andre spots him and throws Dibiase to the canvas"
BRAIN: "This is the chance, get out of there Ted!"

MONSOON: "Hacksaw on the apron, Andre quite willingly waiting for Duggan to make a move"

MONSOON: "Dibiase rolls out to take a needed rest, Hacksaw is ready to strike, the referee needs to get some order here"

MONSOON: "Oh Hacksaw with the two by four!"

MONSOON: "Andre says no way, not this time!"

MONSOON: "He levels Hacksaw right a right hand"
BRAIN: "I'm going to check on Ted!"

MONSOON: "Hacksaw falls to the outside.."

MONSOON: "Andre stepping over the top rope to dish out some punishment to Duggan, referee starting the count now"

MONSOON: "Duggan hits back at Andre"

MONSOON: "Andre returns with another right hand"

MONSOON: "The fight outside still going on, Brain just helped Dibiase back inside and the referee at eight!"

MONSOON: "Brain making his way over here now, oh and there goes the bell, lets get the official word"

MONSOON: "Dibiase getting the win here due to count out, Andre chose to ignore the referee and get involved with Hacksaw on the outside, Well Brain it looks like your pick has miraculously scraped through"
BRAIN: "He was lucky I was there to help him back inside but still have the ring presence to know Andre was distracted"

MONSOON: "Ted Dibiase is through to the Semi-Finals where he will now face Big Boss Man, oh look Andre is coming back to the ring"
BRAIN: "Get out of there Ted!"

MONSOON: "Dibiase on the apron now, I tell you Andre doesn't look happy with this result, he's looking at Dibiase as if he was behind Hacksaw interfering here"
BRAIN: "Monsoon, if Ted wanted Hacksaw to interfere he would of surely asked him to do so earlier? Why would Ted take a beating like that!"
MONSOON: "That's a good point Brain, I'm sure we'll find out soon enough. Okay we're going to hear now from Hot Rod.. Rowdy Roddy Piper on the incident from the first round with Hulk Hogan, let's show you what went down just two weeks ago on Wrestling Superstars..."

THIS CLOTHESLINE BY HULK HOGAN...

SENT HOT ROD CRASHING TO THE ARENA FLOOR...

WHERE HE INJURED HIS KNEE AFTER COLLIDING WITH THE STEPS ON THE WAY DOWN.

MONSOON: "Interesting words from Hot Rod, Brain he's got all bent out of shape and it doesn't look like he's going to let this drop?"
BRAIN: "Hogan's made an enemy of Piper, he'll have to be very careful because people will turn on him because of this, there is probably only Beefcake he could trust right now"

MONSOON: "This is Hulkster's opponent for this quarter final match Ravishing Rick Rude, Hulkster will have to watch this guy, what a piece of work he is, he's already cheated Warrior"
BRAIN: "He's overcome ultimate odds to fight Hogan. With Hulkster all fired up and his mind on Piper who knows maybe Rude could upset him here!"

MONSOON: "Rude now posing for the ladies in the crowd"
BRAIN: "Now that's a wrestler, he's got the body, he's got the Brains and he knows how to woo the ladies"

MONSOON: "Here comes the Hulkster! Listen to the Ovation they are standing on their feet here!" 

MONSOON: "If Hulkster wins here against Rude, he'll face either the American Dream Dusty Rhodes or Macho Man Randy Savage in the semi final"
BRAIN: "What i want to know is, can he win this time by pin fall or will he cheat and injure Rude as well?"

MONSOON: "Oh Rude not wasting any time here and goes right after Hulkster while he is still getting a welcome from this capacity crowd"
BRAIN: "This is what happens when you turn your back on someone, Rude isn't no slouch and he'll take it to Hogan"

MONSOON: "Forearm smash in the corner by Rude"

MONSOON: "He follows up with a turnbuckle smash"

MONSOON: "Rude stomps on the Hulkster"
BRAIN: "A very confident start by Rick Rude here Monsoon"

MONSOON: "Nice arm bar applied by Rude.."

MONSOON: "Oh and Hogan powers out with a hip toss"

MONSOON: "Irish whip by the Hulkster.."

MONSOON: "Rude off the ropes..."

MONSOON: "What a clothesline by Hulkster!!"

MONSOON: "Hogan with Rude now..."

MONSOON: "Hogan picks him up and a tremendous body slam!"

MONSOON: "Hulkster throws Rude into the corner.."

MONSOON: "He follows in with a thunderous clothesline!!"

MONSOON: "Hulkster goes for the cover..."
BRAIN: "C'Mon Rick kick out!!"

MONSOON: "Rude kicks out at two"

MONSOON: "Hulkster throws Rude into the opposite turnbuckle"
BRAIN: "C'mon Rick!"

MONSOON: "Oh Hulkster follows him in, but Rude got his foot up and that has slowed Hogan down"

MONSOON: "Rude follows up with a big forearm"
BRAIN: "Oh Yes! Hogan got caught with that follow up and Rude will go to work on him, watch Monsoon"

MONSOON: "Rude with a side headlock applied"

MONSOON: "A big left punch to Hulkster's head"

MONSOON: "Now an elbow to the back of Hogan"
BRAIN: "Rude would be a well received Semi-finalist"

MONSOON: "Rude definitely has the skills but he's yet to pin the Hulkster"
BRAIN: "He's wearing him down first, then he'll hit him with that rude awakening and it will be all over"

MONSOON: "Rude with a cover here... 1.. 2.."

MONSOON: "Hulkster kicks out at two"
BRAIN: "He almost had him"

MONSOON: "Oh and a crunching knee drop to Hogan's head"
BRAIN: "Monsoon is this guy gifted or what?"
MONSOON: "Brain he definitely has plenty of moves in his locker that's for sure"

MONSOON: "Rude with an Irish whip.."

MONSOON: "Hogan off the ropes.."

MONSOON: "Rude with an elbow smash to the Hulkster.."

MONSOON: "Hulkster is down.."

MONSOON: "Rude again goes for the cover, does he have him this time?"

MONSOON: "Hulkster kicks out again!"
BRAIN: "The end is near Monsoon, here we go this is it!"

MONSOON: "He's going to set Hogan up..."
BRAIN: "Yes! oh Yes!"

MONSOON: "Oohh! Hulkster powers out!"

BRAIN: "Rick's gotta get out of there!"

MONSOON: "Oh forearm by Rude.. but it didn't have any effect at all on the Hulkster"

MONSOON: "Rude tries again, Hulkster says I've had just about enough of you"

MONSOON: "Hulkster throws Rude into the ropes.."

MONSOON: "Hogan picks Rude up.."
BRAIN: "No!"

MONSOON: "Look at this, Gorilla Press Slam by Hulkster.. two hundred and fifty pounds lifted high and slammed to the canvas"

MONSOON: "Hogan off the ropes.."

MONSOON: "He got him! He got him Brain!"
BRAIN: "No.. no no no!"

MONSOON: "Hogan goes for the cover... 1.. 2.. 3! forget about it, it's over!"
BRAIN: "I can't believe it Monsoon, Hogan took a beating and came back so quickly!"

MONSOON: "Hulkster getting the victory here by way of pin fall and shows us his tremendous resilience and power in a comeback win!"
BRAIN: "I'm going to check on Rude"
MONSOON: "Alright we now know Hulkster is going to the semi-finals and up next we have our main event where we'll get to see who his opponent will be, it's either going to be the American Dream Dusty Rhodes or Macho Man Randy Savage, we'll be back after this short commercial"

MONSOON: "We've seen Dusty's dust buster finish off Brutus Beefcake, can it now do the same to Savage"
BRAIN: "Savage will have to be careful of that, don't forget Savage beat Honky Tonk Man to get to this stage"

MONSOON: "Dusty fired up for this one, this could of quite easily been a heavyweight final"
BRAIN: "Monsoon, do you realize after this we're just three matches away from Ted being crowned champion?"

MONSOON: "Listen to the standing ovation for Macho Man!"
BRAIN: "I can't hear what you're saying Monsoon, your lips are moving but i can't hear you"

MONSOON: "It is deafening here inside the Providence Civic Center"
BRAIN: "There isn't a single humanoid sitting down!"

MONSOON: "They stare down in the middle of the ring, this match billed as power versus speed in the build up"
BRAIN: "You have to give the edge here to Macho Man, he's got enough resilience i think to wait for a mistake"

BRAIN: "The atmosphere Monsoon, you can cut it with a knife"

MONSOON: "Another cover by Rhodes.. 1.. 2.."

MONSOON: "Savage kicks out again, what's it going to take, everybody standing on their feet in anticipation"

MONSOON: "Oh wait a minute, that's Honky Tonk Man, what's he doing here?"
BRAIN: "Maybe he's come to play them out, hahaa!"

MONSOON: "Savage with his back turned, distracted by the appearance of Honky Tonk, Rhodes takes full advantage with a back body drop"
BRAIN: "A big mistake by Savage, that could cost him!"

MONSOON: "This is it Brain, Dusty calling for the dust buster!"
BRAIN: "Rhodes is going to win it Monsoon!"

MONSOON: "Rhodes off the ropes.."

MONSOON: "Ut oh, look at Randy Savage he's looking to fly high here Brain"
BRAIN: "He better hit him, if he misses he could seriously injure himself and lose the match!"

MONSOON: "Arms in the air... here we go.."

MONSOON: "Bombs away and Macho Man nails Rhodes! the Referee telling both of them to get back inside"

MONSOON: "Savage rolls Rhodes back in for the cover"

MONSOON: "Ohh Honky Tonk just hit Savage across the back with a guitar smash!"
BRAIN: "the Referee has called for the bell Monsoon"
MONSOON: "Lets get the official word"

MONSOON: "The referee has disqualified Dusty Rhodes!"
BRAIN: "I cannot believe it Monsoon, Honky Tonk Man has cost Rhodes here!"
MONSOON: "Rhodes trying desperately to explain himself to the referee, oh we got to get more officials out here"

MONSOON: "Randy Savage gets a decision in his favor here, oh and Rhodes tried to strike Honky Tonk Man, and i doubt very much we've heard the last of this one Brain"
BRAIN: "I feel like i should interview him and see why he did that, it looked like Savage was going to pin Rhodes but now we'll never know"
